Ms. Roberts has experience in adoptions, termination of parental rights, contested and uncontested divorces, child custody matters, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, collections, civil rights litigation, railroad litigation, and property tax litigation. Ms. Roberts supports legal reforms which uphold the integrity of the legal system and enable all people to have access to justice regardless of their financial means or status in society. Ms. Roberts is a listed Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Mediator and enjoys helping people resolve their disputes without the need for costly litigation.
